About the course

Change is an inevitable aspect of organisation. It affects different individuals in different ways and to greater and lesser extents. For people supporting the change process, it is beneficial to have an understanding of the psychological impact of change on individuals and groups.

During the course we examine key drivers for organisational change. We look at what causes resistance to change, and identify strategies for bringing people through the change curve with minimal impact on people and performance.

  • Any individual who wants to gain a better understanding of the mechanics of organisational change
  • Individuals involved with supporting or facilitating change initiatives within an organisation
