About the course

Skilled Trainers really add business value. Our Train the Trainer programme equips participants with the knowledge and skills to design, manage and deliver training that does just that.

During the course we lead participants through the training life cycle from needs analysis, through training facilitation to post- training course evaluation. Our focus is helping delegates really understand what stakeholders in training want from training solutions. We explore different models of instructional design, how to deliver the training in a way that supports different learner preferences and practical ways to calculate return on investment.
