About the course

The ability to influence and persuade others is one of the most valuable skills to have. Whether you are influencing peers, team members, your manager, focus groups, senior stakeholders or customers, you need to have strong  interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to get others to support your ideas.

Our Influencing Skills training course will teach you what different individuals need and want from communication, how to use pull vs push techniques, how to develop a range of communication styles and how to handle objections and manage your emotions.
