Engaging Stakeholders and securing support of co-workers and management is essential when you are trying to implement anything at work. But what if what your objectives are not aligned to the interests of key stakeholders? What if your initiative is needed – but not wanted by colleagues?

This course explores the levels of engagement stakeholders want in making and implementing decisions. It helps participants understand the different levels of power and influence within their organisations, and how to navigate this often complex territory. Individuals learn how to engage in dialogue with stakeholders at all levels to discuss issues, identify compromises and gain commitment and support.
