About the course

Performance Coaching is a structured and focused coaching process to help individuals understand and change behaviour and performance.

During the course we help participants understand three key elements. 1) How to assess Performance using the Performance Chain model, 2) How individuals with different personality preferences view performance and 3) the coaching behaviours and skills required to support behavioural change.
