About the Course

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the world’s leading assessment for measuring personality type. It looks at personality based on four key dimension to create 16 different personality type profiles.

During this programme, we introduce teams to the MBTI assessment. In a group session we bring individuals through the process of identifying their MBTI best fit type. This gives participants the opportunity to learn about their own preferences – and in addition the preferences of their team colleagues. These shared insights really help the team understand their collective strengths and areas for development.
