High Impact Leadership is leadership that energises and facilitates individual and their team(s)  to accomplish shared objectives. Leaders who work at this level create a vision, inspire others to perform to their full potential, tapping into the intrinsic motivations of their followers. They produce change.

This programme explores best practice Leadership. It helps Leaders reflect on where they are today, where they want to go to next and how to get there.
