Successful change management require a combination of effective leadership and effective management.

During this programme we explore leading Change theories, models and concepts. We examine four key themes: the process of change, role of the leader in communicating change, how leaders respond to resistance to change and the role power and politics plays in the change process. The course equips leaders to manage the human, political, institutional and systems aspects of change.
