About the course

If you have ever been a member of a team, you have experienced team dynamics in action. Membership of a high performing team, can bring positive benefits to individuals, not to mention the organisation. But it can be difficult to create a cohesive team – and maintain cohesion as the group continues to develop.

During this programme we explore the concept of work groups and teams. We help Leaders understand team dynamics and how to support this process. Participants will apply a number of tools and models to assess current team effectiveness. This enables them to devise strategies to build a high performing team.
