About the course

New research on Leadership effectiveness suggests that the best Leaders exhibit Situational Leadership. They demonstrate a range of Leadership styles – and adapt their approach and style in different contexts and situations.

However this is often something that Leaders do instinctively rather than consciously. As a result, others may perceive their approach as inconsistent.

In this course we explore a range of Leadership styles and behaviours. Participants can assess their preferred and most used styles. Leaders can identify any gaps in their approach, develop their less preferred styles and balance existing tendencies.
